X-Ray

Just walk in!

X-Ray studies utilize low level ionizing radiation to produce radiographs which can then be used to evaluate for disease processes involving the skeletal system as well as soft tissues such as the lungs and bowel.

X-Ray studies can be obtained quickly on a walk-in basis at all of our locations in St. Catharines, Hamilton, Stratford, Welland, Toronto, and Niagara Falls and do not require any patient preparation.

When you arrive at GNMI for your X-Ray, you may be asked to change into a gown depending on the type of X-Ray being performed. Jewelry and metal objects that might interfere with the X-Ray may also needed to be removed. Images are typically done while you are sitting, standing or lying down and you will be required to keep still.
